(1) The concerned prison shall arrange infrastructure such as drinking water and toilets, gymnasium, library, and other facilities required for the prisoners within the limits of the available resources, in addition to providing sports grounds and various sports equipment, radio and television for the entertainment of the prisoners.
(2) While arranging the structure and services within the prison, it should be done in such a way that basic human rights such as sanitation, health and safety are guaranteed.
(3) The prison administrator shall make arrangements to provide free reproductive health related materials including sanitary pads to female prisoners in the prison.
